UFA Sports concluded a long-term cooperation and marketing agreement with the German Basketball Federation (DBB) in 2010. UFA Sports will be responsible for the exclusive marketing of comprehensive advertising and media rights of the German National Basket Team. Besides qualifying and friendly matches the cooperation comprises the comprehensive marketing of the annually held Supercup. 

Basketball is one of the fastest growing and most popular sports in Germany, especially with younger people. With its numerous young talents such as Robin Benzing and Tibor Pleiß, very positive perspectives for the future of German basketball are more than evident.

The German Team attracts media, fans and partners with modern and explosive basketball and qualified for the EuroBasket 2013 with 8 victories in 8 matches. All preparation and qualification games as well as the annually held Supercup take place in sold-out, high-quality venues against international top teams.
